護理系學習輔導暨補救教學作業
Learning Guidance and Remedial Teaching for Department of Nursing

本作業經中華民國112年9月11日系課程委員會會議訂定通過。旨在提升學生學習成效,針對學習成效落後學生,由導師、教師及相關人員實施輔導。
Approved by the Department Curriculum Committee on September 11, 2023. Aimed at enhancing learning outcomes for students with lagging performance through guidance from mentors and faculty.

一、名詞定義 Definitions

學習輔導 Learning Guidance

針對學生各種學習問題進行課外教學,或針對被預警科目者所進行之輔導。
Extracurricular teaching for various learning problems or guidance for students with academic warnings.

補救教學 Remedial Teaching

針對課業學習困難、成效落後或期中考不及格人數達 50% 課程之學生進行之診斷及輔導。
Diagnosis and guidance for students with learning difficulties or in courses where over 50% failed the midterm.

二、實施對象 Target Students

本系學習輔導暨補救教學涵蓋下列五類學生:
The guidance covers the following five categories:

  • 課室學習成效欠佳: 基礎知識不清楚、期中成績預警、實驗技術不熟練者。
    Poor classroom performance: Unclear basic knowledge, midterm warning, or unskilled lab techniques.
  • 校外實習欠佳: 學習進度落後、期中評值不佳、技術不熟練或作業書寫欠統整者。
    Poor clinical internship: Lagging progress, poor midterm evaluation, or poorly organized assignments.
  • 未通過專業核心能力檢定: 包括CPR、基本護理學技術、仿真國考未通過或臨床能力檢核未達60分者。
    Failure in core competency exams: CPR, basic nursing skills, mock national exams, or clinical assessments below 60.
  • 缺乏相關背景: 轉系生、轉學生、跨系修課生。
    Lack of relevant background: Transfer students or students from other departments.
  • 其他依本系需求增加訂定之對象。
    Other targets specified by the department as needed.

四、成效評估與檢討 Evaluation & Review

  • 本系須針對各項措施訂定評估措施並製作歷程表單。
    Develop evaluation measures and maintain process records.
  • 依評估結果檢討措施或研擬進一步方案。
    Review measures or develop further plans based on results.
  • 成效不佳者可轉介至「諮商輔導中心」或「教學發展中心」。
    Referrals to Counseling Center or Center for Teaching Development if needed.
  • 每學期透過課程委員會進行規劃、檢討與調整。
    Semester-based review via the Curriculum Committee.
